You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We provide professional career coaching, mentorship, training programs, online courses, and community memberships.
Services may be delivered via live sessions, digital materials, or online platforms.
Our Services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific results such as promotions, job offers, or salary increases—outcomes depend on your individual effort and circumstances.
Fees for Services must be paid in full before access is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ advance notice.
Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered and will not be refunded.
Group programs and memberships run on fixed schedules; failure to attend does not entitle you to a refund or reschedule.
All materials, frameworks, recordings, and resources provided during our Services are the intellectual property of the Company.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license for your own learning and development.
You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell our materials without written permission.
If you participate in group programs, forums, or communities, you agree to:
Treat other members with respect and professionalism.
Maintain confidentiality of shared experiences.
Avoid any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or disruptive.
We reserve the right to remove participants from communities or programs without refund if they violate these standards.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We are not responsible for your career, financial, or personal decisions made based on our coaching.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
Use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy [link]. By using our Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
