This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or request a refund for Services purchased through www.potentialverse.com (“Platform”) and delivered by Pathseeker Consumer Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By enrolling in any of our programs, memberships, or coaching services, you agree to the following terms:
All purchases of coaching sessions, group programs, memberships, and digital products are non-transferable and non-refundable once access has been granted or the program has commenced.
Refunds will not be provided for non-attendance, missed sessions, or unused Services.
Rescheduling: 1:1 Coaching sessions (if purchased) may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are treated as delivered and are non-refundable. There is no rescheduling for missed group coaching sessions (if purchased).
Cancellations: If you cancel a booked session more than 24 hours in advance, we will attempt to reschedule at a mutually convenient time. Refunds are not applicable.
Enrollment in group programs or memberships is final.
If you withdraw after the start date or fail to participate, no refund will be issued.
Access to digital content (recordings, resources, templates) remains available for the duration of your membership/program term, unless otherwise specified.
In rare and exceptional cases (such as duplicate payment or proven technical error), a partial or full refund may be approved at the sole discretion of the Company.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Due to the instant access nature of downloadable resources and online courses, all sales are final and no refunds will be granted once access has been provided.
